| A Buffet can be a personal thing, i.e. a theme event, We would like to create something just for you. Here are some ideas if you prefer standard fare. Select 3 Meats, 2 Vegetables 1 red 1 green for colour, 1 Rice, 1 Pasta, and 1 Potato dish, 3 salads plus you can delete items, and we will prepare more of the other selections of the same category. If you choose a carved meat, a server has to be present. |
2 Vegetables, plus Rice , Pasta and Potatoes 3 Salads , plus Buns and Butter Cheese tray, Vegetable and Relish tray, all Condiments with your Selections Sweet table or fixed dessert minimum of 25 guests $30.00 with Dessert, $27.00 without Dessert. Carved Meats: Roast of Beef, Pork, Turkey, Leg of Lamb, Ham, Pastrami, etc. Meats: Braised or Burgundy style Beef, Goulash, or Stroganoff, breaded Schnitzel or pork chops, roasted or BBQ Chicken pieces, Chicken breast, breaded, or Tarragon, or Tetrazzini, Lasagne, Ham Steaks, Chicken or Pork or Lamb curry, Swedish or Italian Meat Balls, Turkey Steaks, etc. Vegetables: Green Beans with Almonds or Bacon, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Corn, glazed or Vichy Carrots, Peas, Brussel Sprouts, Grilled Tomatoes, Ratatouille, Celery with Nuts, Mushrooms an a Cream Sauce etc. Starches: Potatoes Roasted, Baked, Duchess, etc, Rice Pilaw or creole, Pasta.
